The older SP9883 remains a sophisticated wet-and-dry rotary shaver, but its value depends on the discount and the exact bundle rather than on an assumption that the word Prestige still means current flagship.
Its three circular heads are designed to approach hair growing in different directions, which can suit neck growth and facial contours that frustrate a straight foil. Rotary technique is different from using a manual razor or Braun-style foil: small overlapping circles and light pressure normally work better than long forceful strokes.
